Stillness in motion

My friend Scot Baston from the UK, challenged the members in the FB Traveltogs group with this week’s photo challenge. He gave us the theme: Stillness in motion. It has been one the more difficult photo challenges to photograph. Scot made it a bit easier, by explaining:

“..best described as calm in the face of disorder/panic/disturbance or maybe the eye of a storm.”

Still not that easy.
